To keep you fueled and ready, most shops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants are also listed—perfect for resupplying or enjoying a well-earned treat. Need to send yourself a package ahead? Post offices are included too. Just use "Poste Restante" when addressing your parcel—they’ll hold it for around two weeks. Not hiking the whole trail in one go? Be aware that public transport, especially in the southern Alps, can be limited and infrequent, so planning your entry and exit points ahead of time is essential.
